BackstagePass

Opening the door…

Money

Money shows what fans have paid you, what you've taken out, and what's yours to withdraw now. It's also where you connect the account your money is paid out to. Fans' payments for Passes, tickets and drops are handled by Whop, our payment provider.

Get paid

  1. Open Studio → Money.
  2. Tap Connect beside Connect your account to withdraw the payment. Whop asks you to confirm who you are and where to send your money.
  3. When you come back, the page says your payout account is connected. If Whop is still checking, it says so, and the page updates when the check is done.
  4. Available to withdraw shows what you can take out now. Tap Request to withdraw all of it.
  5. To take out part of it, tick Partial withdrawal, enter the amount, and tap Request.

The four numbers

Pick the dates at the top: 30 days, 90 days, All time, or Custom for your own range.

The statement

Statement lists every payment in and out, with a running balance. The buttons above it show All, Sales, Refunds or Withdrawals. Export statement downloads it as a CSV or a PDF.

Refund a payment

  1. Find the payment on the statement, or on Transactions.
  2. Open the menu at the end of its row and choose Refund this payment.
  3. Confirm. The whole amount goes back to the fan. Partial refunds aren't offered.

The row changes to Refunded once Whop confirms it. A refund can't be bigger than your available balance.

Transactions

Transactions lists every payment fans have made: who paid, how much, when, how often it bills, and whether it went through. View details on a row shows everything about that payment.

What you pay BackstagePass

Your own plan payments show under Invoices at the bottom of the Money page, once there's one to show. The Plan how-to covers your plan.
