Your plan is what you pay BackstagePass. The Plan page shows the plan you're on, when you're next billed, what you've used this month, and the plans you can switch to, with their current prices. What fans pay you is separate, and it's on the Money page.
Start a plan
- Open Studio → Plan.
- Compare the plans under Plans. Each card shows the live hours a month, how many platforms you can go live on at once, how many clips you can make a month, and what else it includes.
- Tap the free trial button on the plan you want. It says how many days are free.
- Finish checkout on Whop, our payment provider. You pay nothing today, and the page shows when your first payment is due.
Broadcasting into your socials is available in a paid plan.
What the page shows
- The label at the top says where your plan stands, such as Free trial with the days left, Active, or Cancelled with the date it runs until.
- The line under it says when your trial ends or your plan renews, and what it costs.
- Payment method is managed on Whop. Update takes you there to change it.
- Billing email is the address on your plan. Change takes you to your Account page to change it.
- Clips generated this month and Destinations connected show what you've used.
- Billing history lists each payment and whether it went through.
Switch plans
Tap Switch to on another plan's card. Moving up during a free trial keeps the trial going, then bills the new price. Moving down takes you to Whop to make the change.
Cancel
- Tap Cancel free trial or Cancel subscription near the bottom of the page.
- The first step shows what you'd lose. Tap Continue to cancel, or Keep my plan to stay.
- Pick a reason for leaving.
- Type CANCEL to confirm.
Your plan stays on until the end of the time you've paid for, or the end of your trial. Resume plan undoes the cancel before then.
If a payment fails
A banner says your payment didn't go through. Tap Fix payment to update your card, so you can keep going live.
