Followers is your list of people: everyone who follows you, and everyone you've added. It shows who they are, what they hold from you, what they've spent, when they last came, and how you can reach them. The list is yours to export any time.
People follow you with the Follow button on your profile. Someone who isn't signed in signs in right there, and then they're following you.
Add a list you already have
- Open Studio → Followers and tap Add people.
- To add a few people by hand, stay on Add individually. Enter a name and an email, and a phone number if you have one. Add another adds a row, up to three.
- To add a longer list, switch to Import CSV and upload a file with the columns name, email, country code and phone. Only email is required. Download sample CSV gives you a file in the right shape.
- Under Pass access, pick a Pass to give everyone on the list that Pass. Leave it empty to add them as followers only.
- Send a welcome email now is unticked, so adding people doesn't email them. Ticking it sends each of them one email from you, telling them to sign in with that address.
- Tick the box to confirm these people agreed to be added and to hear from you by email. Nobody is added without it.
- Tap Add people. When it finishes, you see how many were added and how many weren't. Download report lists each one with the reason, such as “Already on your list”.
People you add show as Invited. They become followers once they sign in with that email, and from then on they're told when you go live.
Find people
- Type a name, email or phone number in the search box.
- Filters narrows the list by what they hold (followers, Pass holders, ticket holders, drop buyers, invited), how they joined, when they joined, whether they've signed in, their tags, and how much they've watched or spent.
- Tap a column heading to sort by it. The list starts with the newest.
Export
Tap Export, tick the people you want or choose Select all, and download the file. It follows whatever filters are on.
The same list is an API: mint a read-only key on Studio → Automations → APIs & Webhooks, and /api/v1/audience, /api/v1/audience/export and /api/v1/streams serve it.
One person
Tap a name to open their page. It shows how to contact them, when they joined and last signed in, the last live they came to, and how you can reach them. It also shows what they've spent, the lives and Encores they've watched, their purchases, and their recent activity. Notes is for your own notes about them.
Change someone's access
Open the menu at the end of their row and choose Update access.
- Give adds or takes back a Pass. Taking back a Pass they pay for stops it at the end of the time they've paid for, with no refund.
- Tags adds your own labels to them, for filtering later.
- Block this person shuts them out of your lives and Encores, stops them buying anything new, and stops your messages to them. What they already paid for stays theirs.
Tap Save access when you're done.
Remove people
Tap Revoke, tick the people, and tap Revoke access. Everything they hold from you ends and they come off your list. Paid Passes stop renewing, and nothing is refunded.
