Opening the door…

Analytics

Analytics shows who came to your lives, how long they stayed, who watched the Encores, what fans paid, and how your list of followers is changing.

Read your numbers

  1. Open Studio → Analytics.
  2. Pick a pill at the top: Live, Encore, Earnings or People.
  3. Pick a range: 30 days, 90 days or All time. On 30 and 90 days, each tile compares the range with the one before it.
  4. Tap Export above a table to download it.

Live

The row of weeks at the top shows each week you went live, and how many weeks in a row you've kept it up. How the lives did shows your attendance rate, the hours you were live, the average time people stayed, and how many people joined. Every live lists each live with how many people could come in, how many joined, and what drops sold.

Encore

How the Encores did shows how many times your Encores were watched, the total watch hours, how much of an Encore people watched on average, and how many ratings came in. Every Encore lists them one by one.

Earnings

Earnings this period is what fans paid you in the range, before fees. Under it, the money is split into one-time and monthly payments, and then into Passes, drops and tickets. The Money page shows what's yours after fees and lets you withdraw it.

People

Audience shows how many people followed you and how many unfollowed in the range, and how many you can reach by push, by email and by text. Below that are your followers over time, the devices and cities people watch from, the hours they're most active, and where they came from.

Tracking links make a separate link to your page for each place you share it. Type where you'll post it, such as “Instagram bio,” and tap Mint a link. Copy link copies it to share. The page then shows how many people came in from each one.
